About the Attorneys

The attorneys at Wusinich, Brogan & Stanzione have a strong foundation in education and litigation experience that guides their daily practice and service to clients and the community. We are proud of our attorneys’ accomplishments and invite you to review their substantial credentials.

PUBLIC SERVICE AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Members of the firm have served as zoning hearing board members in their home townships, and have also participated in many church-related, community and civic organizations, including Rotary Club, American Legion, Knights of Columbus, church and parish councils, school and parent associations and local youth associations.

Our attorneys also have been actively involved in providing no-fee or reduced-fee services through the Bar Association for disadvantaged, handicapped, and indigent clients. Additionally, firm members have been appointed by the court and have willingly donated their services as attorneys for children in contested adoption cases, and battered spouses in protection from abuse actions.

EDUCATIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Our attorneys’ educational milestones highlight our commitment to remaining current with legal developments as well as advancing our knowledge to better serve clients. All attorneys in the firm regularly attend continuing legal education courses and participate in intensive trial law seminars such as those offered by the Temple University Academy of Advocacy, Dickinson School of Law, and the University of Virginia Law School.

Among the attorneys’ accomplishments:

• A partner in the firm has obtained a second law degree, a master of laws in trial advocacy, a degree held by less than one hundred lawyers in the United States as of 1996.
• Another partner in the firm is the co-editor of a prominent Pennsylvania legal publication on workers' compensation law, which is distributed in audiotape form to various lawyers throughout the Commonwealth on a monthly basis.
• The physician/attorney member of the firm is a Fellow in the College of Legal Medicine and holds both a Juris Doctorate in law and a medical degree.
• Another attorney received the advocacy award for his law school class.
• Another firm member received national recognition in the University of California School of Law Journal for a scholarly article involving Labor Law.
