An initial consultation can be arranged without charge when the need for legal services must be clarified and outlined.

EXPENSES AND FEES

A large portion of the law firm's practice is devoted to the prosecution of serious personal injury cases which are typically pursued on a contingency or percentage basis, where the ultimate fee is dependent upon a favorable outcome. Our fee structures are competitive and reasonable and in accordance with all ethical standards governing the practice of law. The firm typically hires and retains investigators, consultants, expert medical witnesses and engineers and advances such costs and expenses on behalf of the client, with reimbursement of same at the time of settlement or successful jury verdict.

Commercial and business dispute representation is usually handled on a flat, hourly fee basis.

Our fee structure is designed to fit the particular legal problem and all fees are discussed with the client before any legal work is begun.

We encourage clients to discuss fees openly and all fee arrangements will be confirmed in writing for the benefit of the client.
