Joseph F. Wusinich, III
Joseph F. Wusinich, III has commenced his 40th year in the practice of trial law. He has been named as a top lawyer in Main Line Today magazine, an awesome attorney in the Suburban Life Main Line magazine, as well as being listed in Philadelphia’s top rated lawyers as published by the Philadelphia Inquirer. He has served a term as President of the Honorable John E. Stively, Jr. American Inn of Court which is the teaching arm of the Chester County Bar Association for younger lawyers aspiring to be trial attorneys.
He previously served as the Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Committee on Medical and Health Related Issues. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Lawyers’ Association based in Denver, Colorado. He has also served as Chair of the Immaculata University Board of Trustees.
His in depth experience in handling obstetrical malpractice cases for injured infants has generated case referrals from other attorneys. He is currently handling several cases for brain damaged clients.
Dennis D. Brogan
Dennis D. Brogan, who concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation and civil litigation, continues to be the co-author of a prominent Pennsylvania state-wide legal publication on workers’ compensation law that many attorneys look to for guidance in their own practices. Dennis has also been selected for Super Lawyers in the area of personal injury.
Edward C. Sweeney
Wusinich and Brogan started as a workers compensation firm and has served thousands of person injured at work. As a result, Ed has been able to develop particular experience with workers that come to our firm with issues tied to their work injuries such as FMLA, Americans with Disability Act, and workers’ compensation retaliation issues. Ed is constantly working to help wronged employees.
Ed Sweeney tried a three (3) day jury trial in an employment law case to a successful conclusion. The case involved allegations of someone wrongfully fired allegedly because of a work injury. The case was a rare type of Pennsylvania employment law case involving what is known as a “public policy tort.”
Ed has completed his twenty-third year with Wusinich & Brogan P.C. Before that, he clerked for two years for the Honorable James R. Cavanaugh of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and graduated from a local schools, La Salle University, and before that, Saint Joe’s Prep. He currently in his spare time is a School Director in the Tredyffrin-Easttown School District in the Valley Forge area.
Peter F. X. Callahan
Attorney Peter F.X. Callahan has recently recovered millions of dollars in medical malpractice litigation including surgical errors and failure to diagnose cases, and hundreds of thousands of dollars for clients in pharmaceutical error, dental malpractice, and preventable suicide cases. Pete also recently assisted founding partner Joe Wusinich in the recovery of over $1.5 million for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
David V. Grow, M.D.
David V. Grow, M.D., J.D. successfully concluded a medical malpractice death case involving emergency room care with respect to a patient with a dissecting aortic aneurysm which was not timely and properly diagnosed. Physician/attorney David Grow had practiced medicine for twenty-four years in his areas of internal medicine and cardiology before entering the law profession.
