OUR PHILOSOPHY

Wusinich, Brogan & Stanzione is committed to providing competent, professional legal services, advice and counseling in accordance with the highest standards of professional responsibility. At Wusinich, Brogan & Stanzione, we are committed to providing an added dimension to our legal representation. All our staff members have been trained and cross-trained to support each other when doing all legal work.

We are the only law firm in Chester County with a medical doctor on staff who is also a seasoned practicing attorney.

ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

The relationship between client and attorney requires complete trust and confidence. Because we believe that selection of the right attorney is critical to delivering professional legal services, the client has direct access to the attorney in the firm who is best qualified to handle his or her legal matter. Our firm's policy is to offer all clients the advantages of the "team" of legal professionals working together for the benefit of the client.

The ability of the attorney to listen attentively to the client and communicate in a timely manner is essential to maintaining a strong attorney-client relationship. Our entire staff is committed to returning telephone calls and responding to all client correspondence within 24 hours. Our clients are kept fully informed of the status of their legal matter on a regular basis. We encourage clients to call whenever questions arise, and, if necessary, we will arrange personal visits at the client's home or business.
