Regional Focus

Wusinich & Brogan is a suburban workers' compensation firm which primarily serves Berks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster and Montgomery Counties. Our main office is centrally located to better serve injured workers in these counties. Our firm has focused on representing claimants in this region for more than twenty-five years.

A regional focus is important to delivering quality service to our clients. We have developed a brand name in this region for quality, ethical, and professional representation of injured workers. Because we have five attorneys practicing compensation on a regular basis in this region, we have also developed significant experience in the best way to serve you in regional workers' compensation hearings.

We aim to serve not only our clients in this region, but to do our part in developing the practice of workers' compensation and protecting the rights of all claimants, both locally and state-wide. Members of our firm show leadership in various ways. One attorney is co-author of the prestigious Bisel Workers' Compensation newsletter. Another attorney has been Chair of the Chester County Workers' Compensation section. Another has written on work injury issues of significance of the compensation bench and bar. We all have engaged in teaching other members of the compensation bar on particular topics of interest. We strongly lobby our local elected officials in the area of workers' compensation practice when legislative changes can affect the rights of injured workers.
